| 摘 要： | 灰色关联分析作为一种系统分析技术,是分析系统中各因素关联程度的方法,其基本思想是根据统计数列的几何关系或曲线的相似程度来判别因素间的关联程度。本文运用灰色理论对影响学科馆员竞争力的各因素进行灰色关联分析,为学科馆员的选拔和淘汰提供量化依据。
