| 摘 要： | 图书资料的政府采购在推行过程中,遇到了诸如监督执行不够、招投标专家意识薄弱、缺少采购平台以及图书馆自身因素所产生的若干阻碍。除了加强制度建设、监督管理以及克服图书馆的主观障碍外,推行界内统一的图书馆政府采购电子信息系统可以作为有力的手段,从而健全图书资料的政府采购制度。
