| 摘 要： | 当前，我国对网络环境下开展图书馆文献信息资源建设与共享的意义和作用认识不足，人们只希望共享，而不愿意共建；只重视本部门文献资源的建设与发展，而忽视整体文献资源的建设与发展。另外，还存在着现行管理体制的障碍、服务收费标准过高的障碍等。据此，提出了加强我国文献信息资源建设与共享的举措。参考文献４。
