| 摘 要： | 我国信息技术特别是网络技术的快速发展存在着潜在的危机 :网络安全保障不力 ,威胁国家安全 ;信息技术可能受制于人 ;数据通讯分散化 ,影响整体竞争力 ,等等。必须增强法律意识 ,强化网络安全 ,尽快建立自己的信息高速公路 ,遏制黑客行动。参考文献 6
