| 摘 要： | 所谓乡村图书馆的“1 X”建设模式 ,就是一所省、市或高校图书馆支持、带动多所乡村图书馆共同发展的模式。实施“1 X”模式是十分必要的 ,也是完全可行的。实施“1 X”模式要有政府的支持 ,要坚持定点扶贫、藏书优质实用、服务网络化、信息资源共享、馆员本土化等原则。参考文献 4

In this paper, the author thinks that the "1 X" pattern is not only necessary, but also feasible.
