| 摘 要： | 信息服务提供者具有资源利用和技术享用权 ,具有产业权 ,以及信息服务业的经营权。信息用户有利用服务的权利、获取效益的权利和秘密受保护的权利。与信息服务有关的政府及公众在信息服务中也都具有各自的权利。信息服务权益保护的核心是产权保护与监督、资源共享的保护与监督和国家公众利益的保护与监督。信息服务中权益的保护、监督要形成一个社会体系 ,要有对策。参考文献 6。

| Abstract: | Information service providers have the rights of the utilization of resources and technologies, industrial property and the operation of information services, while information users have the rights of the utilization of services, the protection of privacy and the acquisition of profits. Governments and citizens related to information services have also their own rights. In this paper, the authors think that the core for the protection of rights in information services is the protection and supervision of property rights, resources sharing and public interests. 6 refs. |
