| Abstract: | In China,there are networks for document resources sharing formed according to the divison of regions and according to the division of industries.Their purposes, systems, technical conditions and budgets are affecting their further development.We should change our idea,reform our systems, promote legislation and learn foreign experiences to develop resources sharing networks with Chinese characteristics and up to date technologies.20 refs. |
