| 摘 要： | 制定<数字图书馆资源建设和服务中的知识产权保护政策指南>,旨在处理好公益性服务和商业性运营的关系,知识产权保护和知识传播服务的关系,政策指南和学术论文的关系,保护他人知识产权和保护自主知识产权的关系.本文从政策指南制定的目的、依据、范围和原则,知识产权保护实际工作的操作步骤,数字图书馆资源建设中的知识产权保护,数字资源提供服务过程中的知识产权保护以及相关的管理工作等方面对政策指南进行解读.
