| 摘 要： | 目前我国能够开展合作参考咨询的系统只有三四家。存在的主要问题是缺乏统一规划,缺乏协调机制和人才,知识产权保护机制不完善,缺乏补偿机制。发展我国合作参考咨询服务,应先在经济发达地区建设系统,然后向全国辐射,要建立质量评估和利益补偿机制,要对服务人员进行培训,要规范各方行为,等等。参考文献8。

| Abstract: | At present, there are only three or four systems of cooperative reference services in China. Inthis paper, the authors point out their disadvantages, such as lacking central planning, lacking coordinationmechanisms, lacking professionals, lacking intellectual property protection, and then propose theirrecommendations, such as promoting the development in economically adanced regions, establishing qualityevaluation and benefit compensation mechanisms, training professionals. 8 refs. |
