| 摘 要： | 近年来,中国民间出现了许多私人创办的公益图书馆。该类图书馆主要分布在基层农村,多由文化素养较高的年老农民、城镇退休人员创办,办馆方式讲求实用,服务方式灵活、内容丰富,在乡村起到了知识交流平台的作用,为村民提供了交往的社会公共空间。这既促进了民间公益文化事业的发展,也有助于乡村公益精神、公民社会的发育,使乡村互助文化传统得以发扬光大。从基层图书馆普及和发展的行业视角看,私人图书馆的实践还提供了一种有活力的＂自下而上＂的内生模式。图2。表5。参考文献16。
