| 摘 要： | 当前 ,数字图书馆面对著作权而处于角色模糊、权利缺失、行为受缚的尴尬境地。对此 ,可通过著作权适度保护和数字图书馆行为的适度扩张予以缓解。数字图书馆行为适度扩张包括合理使用、法定许可等内容 ,其途径有 :集体对法制施加影响、建立著作权管理机构、争取政府和社会支持等。参考文献 16。

| Abstract: | Faced with copyright protection, digital library is in an embarrassed situation of vague roles, loss of rights and restraint of behaviors. The authors think that we can solve the problem by protecting copyright in a certain degree and expanding behaviors of digital libraries in a certain degree, which includes fair use, licensing, etc. Then, they propose some approaches. 16 refs. |
