| 摘 要： | 信息资源具有六大经济学特征:相对稀缺性、不均衡性、与人的互动性、信息资源的竞争性、信息产品的非排他性与非竞争性、信息生产的外部性。随着政府、企业、信息机构在信息资源的管理、开发和利用中出现了越来越多的经济问题,以及电子商务、电子政务的迅速发展,对信息资源的经济学研究日益重要。参考文献7。
