| 摘 要： | 虚拟图书馆的出现为传统图书馆提供了进一步发展的机遇，二者是互相依赖、互相促进的关系，而不是取而代之。传统图书馆要实行几个转变；由文献资源建设向信息资源建设转变；用户服务由文献传递服务向信息导航服务转变；组织管理向适应虚拟图书馆发展的方向转变；图书馆队伍建设要适应信息化社会的需求。参考文献４

| Abstract: | The emergence of virtual libraries offers new opportunities for the further development of traditional libraries.The two are complementary and not replaceable.However, traditional libraries have to change themselves in the following aspects: from the development of document resources to the development of information resources, from document delivery to information navigation, from a traditional organisation management model to a new model suitable to virtual libraries.4 refs. |
