| Abstract: | A Community library is a kind of library which gives services to all the residents of a certain area by utilizing the library literature.The community libraries may be grouped into three categories:urban,small city and town and rural,with functions of promoting community development,cultivating community culture and transmitting practical informations.They are a kind of new-type libraries with a future of broad development. |
