| 摘 要： | 古籍的保护与开发相互关联,古籍的开发-维护-再开发-再维护是古籍价值得以传承的良性循环系统,而开发古籍是启动该系统的原动力.必须放开思路,多视角地拓宽古籍利用的渠道,使古籍开发融人文化产业.在数字化基础上,着重古籍信息的增值性开发,如建立中国文化元素数据库或加工其他古籍文化增值产品,使增值产品为广大世人所用.目前我国古籍开发的思路和手段单一,利用面较窄,在数字化过程巾损坏古籍的问题严重.应借鉴台湾地区开发古籍的经验,让社会各界参与古籍数字化的公开征选计划;同时应建立与数字化紧密结合的古籍开发长期规划与近期目标.在古籍开发过程中要制定严厉的惩罚与监管制度,加大对损坏古籍的惩罚力度.表2.参考文献8.

| Abstract: | This article discusses the relationship between preservation and utilization of ancient books, pointing out that the preservation and utilization of ancient books are interrelated, and the utilization, maintenance, re utilization and re maintenance is a benign circulation system to deliver the value of ancient books. The utilization of ancient books is the driving force to start the system. Besides, the article analyses the main reasons resulting in narrow ancient book exploitation means and incomprehensive usage, putting forward the value added exploitation paths and methods of ancient books. 2 tabs. 8 refs. |
