| 摘 要： | 口述史料是根据个人亲身经历或见闻而口传或笔记的材料.口述资料逐渐成为图书馆馆藏的重要部分,口述历史工作正在成为图书馆的一项主要工作,但与此同时也引发了一系列现实问题.本文阐述了图书馆口述历史工作过程中因署名权、归属权、合理使用与侵权的争议而形成的著作权问题,分析了产生争议的原因并提出对策,指出图书馆口述历史工作应重视研究知识权利保护所引起的冲突,不断降低著作权风险,以应对发展变化的知识产权保护与利用环境.参考文献13.
