| Abstract: | The industry of fast information networks includes network information providers,information organisers,technical services,infrastructure vendors,information services,information managers and coordinators as well as user groups.Time,space and number are the three parts of the allocation of information resources,whose basis is needs and use of users.For fast information networks,there are network markets with its operation regularities.We should use the regularities concerning markets,users and prices to improve our management. |
