近十年图书馆学理论研究中的基础性问题

摘    要:本文在对近十年图书馆学理论研究文献调查的基础上,采用内容分析法,对文献中的理论进行分析,探讨其中所涉及的基本概念、基础理论和理论模型,进一步分析近十年图书馆学理论研究中的基础性问题是什么,以及国内外相关的基础性问题有何异同。研究发现,图书馆学理论研究中的基础性问题是支撑图书馆学研究且对图书馆实践具有指导作用的理论问题;国内外均关注的基础性问题包括对图书馆和图书馆学相关概念的再思考,图书馆和图书馆学的历史发展进程,人性化与智能化的信息服务和图书馆事业的未来发展等;面向中国现实的基础性问题有图书馆服务均等化,图书馆法的制定与执行,以及图书馆学教育的发展等;近十年图书馆学理论研究中的基础性问题可以用五个"W-How"来概括。针对现有研究的特点,未来相关基础性问题的研究有向以下内容加强的趋势:大数据时代资源组织关联与管理的问题,智慧服务和均等化服务的问题,图书馆相关制度的建设与推进问题,新时代的图书馆学教育问题。图1。参考文献85。

Abstract:Theoretical research is not only the basis for the discipline construction of library science,but also the foundation for the development of library careers.In the theoretical research of library science,the exploration of the fundamental issues is one of the important contents.This paper analyzes fundamental issues in the theoretical research of library science in the past decade.We utilize literature survey method and retrieved articles on theoretical research using(theor * OR framework OR conceptual * OR grounded OR underpinnings OR model OR paradigm) as the query to search in five international journals in the field of library science,that is,Journal of Academic Librarianship,Library Trends,Journal of Documentation,Information Research:An International Electronic Journal,and Library & Information Science Research.We also use a Chinese query to search relevant articles in top nine Chinese library science journals,that is,Journal of Library Science in China,Library & Information,Document,Information & Knowledge,Library and Information Service,Library Tribune,Library Journal,Library Development,Journal of the National Library of China,and Journal of Academic Libraries. We totally obtain 1 143 articles in English and 2 111 in Chinese.Content analysis method is used to analyze terms,theories,and theoretical models used in these articles.Based on these terms,theories and models,we can examine and summarize the fundamental issues in the theoretical research of library science in the past decade. Particularly,we also explore the general issues at home and abroad,as well as Chinese original issues to deeply reveal the Chinese contribution to the development of library science theory and strengthen the public’s understanding of the value of theoretical research.Results show that fundamental issues in the theoretical research of library science are the one that support the research and have a guiding role in the practice of library science. There are four fundamental issues concerned at home and abroad: 1) rethinking of concepts related to library and library science,2) historical development of library and library science,3) humanized and intelligent information services,and 4) the future development of the library careers. Meanwhile,there are three special fundamental issues in China:1) the issues of equalization of library services,2) the formulation and implementation of library law in China,and 3) the development of library science education in China. These fundamental issues in the theoretical research of library science in the past decade can be summarized by five "W-How",that is,What-How,Why-How,Who-How,Where-How,and When-How. Based on our analysis,we find four research trends of fundamental issues in theoretical research of library science: 1) problems of information organization,association and management in the era of big data,2) problems of intelligent and equalization services,3) problems in the construction and promotion of library-related laws and systems,and 4) library science education in the new era.1 fig.85 refs.
