| 摘 要： | 图书馆知识资本结构是一种动态结构,是通过知识管理对信息流、价值流和人力资源的动态组合。图书馆知识管理系统是一个整合的、具有多种功能的、根据图书馆的业务性质和知识特点所开发的信息系统。图书馆知识系统设计应体现以下知识管理原则:知识积累、交流、共享;知识在使用中管理;全方位的知识管理。知识管理系统开发的关键技术有:知识建模技术,基于案例的推理技术,CORBA技术,软件开发语言。图5。参考文献5。

| Abstract: | The structure of library intellectual capital is a dynamic structure,and is a dynamic combination of information flows,value flows and human resources through knowledge management. System of knowledge management in library is an integrated and muhifunctional information system developed according to the operation and knowledge characteristics of library.The authors propose some principles for the design of a system of knowledge management in library,and introduce some key technologies.5 figs.5 refs. |
