| Abstract: | Wang Changbing (1904-1988) is a notable Chinese library scientist, library educator and library manager. He educated a large number of library professionals. In his library management, he put his emphasis on basic library operation workflows, library policy drafting, the coordination of interlibrary cooperation and the services to scientific researches. He also put emphasis on the training of library professionals and academic researches. 9 refs. |
