| 摘 要： | 图书馆事业的发展需要高素质的人才。而这种人才的培养不能仅靠目前专业教育体系的职前教育 ,必须进行拓宽专业口径的改革 ,并建立图书馆学继续教育体系 ,以解决信息管理专业毕业生与图书馆人才需求的矛盾 ,并从中探索出一条从根本上满足图书馆事业发展与图书馆学研究的人才需求之路。
