| 摘 要： | 由于信息技术、信息社会实践、信息社会测度理论的进展，促使权威国际测评体系不断调整信息社会测度的体系和指标。采用抽样和比较的方法，聚焦和分析若干权威测度体系和指标的变化，分析了ICT核心指标、欧盟信息社会测度框架、WEF网络准备指数、EIU数字经济测评的最新调整。国际信息社会测度的发展趋势是测度范围扩大，关注影响测度，增加测度新一代信息技术和新兴信息产业的指标，注重ICT的使用测度等。表6。参考文献23。
