| 摘 要： | 信息环境共享是指由国家或社会组织构建的信息环境为社会公众共同享用的社会目标和社会过程.信息环境共享的理论基础是信息社会学的信息分化理论、信息公平理论、信息共享理论和信息主用理论.信息环境共享有利于减缓信息分化,维护信息公平,推进信息扶贫,促进信息利用.要实现信息环境共享,必须树立信息资源共享意识;加强信息基础设施建设;重视信息服务机构发展;推进农村信息扶贫工作;实现公共信息法制管理;力促国民信息素质提升.参考文献9.

| Abstract: | The information environment sharing is the social target and social process in which the information environment structured by the country or social organization are used commonly for the public. The theoretical basis of information environment sharing is information differentiation theory, information equality theory, information sharing theory and information for use theory in the information sociology. To realize the information environment sharing, we should promote information resource sharing awareness, develop information infrastructure, develop information service organizations, push development of information services in underdeveloped areas, realize legalized management of public information, and then improve the general information literacy of the citizens. 9 refs. |
