The Polya Principle and the tear Pages of Periodicals |

| Abstract: | The library world shows much concern over the problem of tear pages of periodicals.After probing into the polya principle,the author holds that the better an essay is ,the more the readers are;the more times a periodical is,borrowed,the more the borrowars of it are.In order to put an end to tear pages of periodicals,the call slip should be improved and the system of job responsibility should be put into effect.After this has been put into practice for the past 10 mouths,nothing happened concerning the matter of tear pages.The fact fully proves that this measure is an effective one. |
