| 摘 要： | 中国目前制定图书馆法应该规范的内容有 :图书馆的性质和基本任务 ;图书馆的设置与体制 ;图书馆服务者、利用者的权益保障 ;文献信息资源建设 ;工作人员与内部管理 ;经费、馆舍、设备。一些长期制约事业发展的问题 ,如经费、工作人员待遇、呈缴本等 ,很难通过目前的立法予以根本解决。参考文献 11。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author thinks that the contents of the present library legislation in China should include: library nature and mission, library system, protection of the rights of library service providers and users, document information resources development, library workers and internal management, budgets and library buildings and equipments. However, some problems, such as budgets, salaries and legal deposit, are still hard to be solved by the present library legislation. 11 refs. |
