| 摘 要： | 电子资源的集团采购,是指多个图书馆组织起来,联合采购某种资源,以最少的经费,获取最优价格、最佳服务和最符合需求的资源。它是图书馆资源共建共享在网络环境下的产物。集团采购过程中,决定集团是否组成,能否成功的重要因素有:集团结构和组织模式,采购和价格模式,资源共享模式,数据库访问模式。表1。参考文献9。
