| 摘 要： | 信息构建是关于如何对信息进行组织、表达和阐释的科学和艺术。信息时代,用户的信息满足包括获取和使用两个方面。用户对信息的理解是用户吸收和利用信息的前提和重要环节。信息构建的核心内容包括两个层面:"使信息可访问"和"使信息可理解"。表1。图4。参考文献10。
