| Abstract: | With Granfield experiment as a representative,the physical paradigm of research of information retrieval focuses on surface characteristics of physical media and ignores subjective factors of human cognition. The cognitive perspective puts emphasis on human knowledge condition, belief and other creative activities.In the future, the research of information retrieval will probably be a more rational paradigm integrating both theories. 1 tab.51 refs. |
