| 摘 要： | 城市化进程造就现代文化教育活动环境。在经济全球化与城市化交织中的当代中国社会发展环境中,图书馆事业发展的要素是多元的,公众实际需求的具体把握应该比寻求建设资金更重要。应以公众需求满足来检验图书馆的社会效益。对现代图书馆发展研究,需要适应社会发展内在规律的导引。参考文献7。
