| 摘 要： | 社会信息化过程中 ,知识产权已成为国际上争论的热点。在图书馆领域 ,面临着信息利益冲突的法律问题 ,即图书馆的公共性与著作权的私有性之间的矛盾 ,图书馆资源共享与知识产权的独占性的矛盾。在著作权方面 ,有精神权利与经济权利的冲突。发达国家与发展中国家也存在信息利益冲突。参考文献 13。
