| 摘 要： | 信息服务产业有三种组织类型 ,各有其特点。信息服务业的改革应本着划分功能、转换机制、明晰产权、有序竞争的思路进行。信息服务产业化应走联合协作之路 ,其集团化途径是纵向、横向一体化和多元化联合 ,联结方式可以是紧密型的 ,也可以是松散型的。参考文献 6。
