国家图书馆专业人才的选拔与定位初探

摘    要:国家图书馆应注重选用信息管理专业复合型人才 ,其知识结构应具有整体性、层次性、比例性和动态性特征。选用人才的基本原则是德才兼备和适当储备。国家图书馆培养和选备人才的群体结构 ,应符合科学互补结构、年龄搭配结构、智力层次结构和思维契合结构的要求。参考文献 5。

Abstract:For its future development,the National Library of China selects its staff members with a structure of integration, stratification, proportionality and dynamic. The basic principle for the selection is an integration of ethics and qualification and a reserve of qualified professionals. For the structural rationality, we should consider disciplines, ages, academic degrees and ways of thinking. 5 refs.
