| 摘 要： | 国家信息资源战略体系构建应以国家宏观政策的协调性、数字信息资源的类型及其生命周期,以及数字信息资源战略特点为理论依据。国外的国家数字信息资源战略体系已形成了美国与加拿大、新西兰两种模式。我国的国家数字信息资源战略总体框架,是沿着信息资源的生命周期和类型两条交叉主线来构建并形成一个三层的体系结构。

| Abstract: | The authors think that the construction of a national strategic system for information resources should be based on the coordination of national macroscopic policies,types and life cycles of digital information resources,and strategic characteristics of digital information resources.In foreign countries,there are two patterns for the national strategic systems for digital information resources with U.S.A./Canada and New Zealand as the two representatives.In China,the general framework of the national strategic system for digital information resources is developing along the two lines of life cycles and types of information resources,and forms a three-level infrastructure. |
