| 摘 要： | 2002年颁布的GB/T9999-2001国家标准,使CSSN,ISSN,CN号的称谓及含义有了改变,随之产生了一些影响,例如:促进了与国际相关标准的接轨,有利于理论与实践的融合,等等。目前,连续出版物概念尚存在不少问题,如:还有一些连续性出版品没列入连续出版物之中,学术集刊是书是刊的问题没有确论,等等。应当明确连续出版物的所有下位概念,应把集刊列入连续出版物,要进一步规范连续出版物及其下位概念和术语。参考文献6。

| Abstract: | In the national standard GB/T9999-2001 promulgated in 2002,the names and meanings of CSSN,ISSN and CN has been changed.It has some positive effects,such as the accordance with international standards and the integration of theories and practices.At present,there are still some problems concerning the concept of serial.In this paper,the author proposes some suggestions,such as clarifying the concept of serials,considering serially published monographs as serials and clarifying the sub-concepts of the concept of serial.6 refs. |
