      我国已经启动第二轮“双一流”建设。怎样评价第一轮“双一流”建设成效对具体开展第二轮“双一流”建设至关重要。文章提出对“双一流”建设成效的评价,应强化过程评价,关注高校的建设过程、成长进步与可持续发展。“双一流”建设要聚焦培育培养一流人才、进行一流学术研究的办学土壤,形成健康的办学生态。
英文摘要:
      China has launched the second round construction of “double first-class” universities. How to evaluate the effectiveness of the first round construction is crucial to the specific implementation of the second. This paper proposes that we shall strengthen the process evaluation and pay attention to the construction process of universities, their growth and sustainable development. We shall focus on nourishing the soil for the “double first-class” construction, i.e. cultivating first-class talents and conducting first-class academic research, so as to establish the healthy education ecology.
