| 通过计算机检索万方和中国知网数据库2013—2018年被撤销的中文科技论文,统计被撤销论文的基本信息(发表期刊、论文题名、发表时间及卷期号、撤销时间、撤稿方、撤稿原因、编辑部处理方法及撤销后的引用情况等),调查我国中文科技论文被撤销的情况及撤销后论文继续被收录和引用的情况。共205篇被撤销科技论文纳入研究,涉及145种期刊。184篇(89.8%)来自自然科学类期刊；撤稿时滞为1～145个月；著作权、知识产权纠纷是撤稿最主要的原因；撤稿声明发布后还有59篇论文可以在数据库中在线阅读和下载全文,其中31篇论文依然被其他学者引用。结果表明期刊及相关学术机构应加强学术不端的审查和宣传,规范撤稿机制及流程。 |

| We searched Wanfang and CNKI databases for the retracted articles and retraction notices published during 2013-2018 to investigate the condition of Chinese scientific technical journals’ retracted articles and the inclusion and citations condition of articles after retraction. The analyzed information includes collected journals, titles of the articles, time of publication and issue number, time of retraction, retraction party, reason for retraction, processing method of the editorial department and the citation after retraction. As a result, 205 retracted scientific articles were analyzed in the study, involving 145 journals, among which 184 articles (89.8%) were from natural scientific journals. The duration from publication to retraction was 1 to 145 months; copyright and intellectual property disputes were the main reasons for retraction; the full text of 59 articles could be read and downloaded from the database, of which 31 articles were still cited by scholars after retraction. Our findings reveal that journals and related academic institutions should reinforce the management and publicity on academic misconduct, and standardize the retraction mechanism and process. |
