| 稿件评议既是保证和维护医学期刊论文科学性、公正性的重要环节,也是利益冲突的集中表现过程。本文通过分析稿件评议过程中存在的一些影响利益主体方(作者、期刊编辑、审稿人)判断和行为的因素,提出控制和削弱利益冲突的建议和措施,从而保障稿件评审的公正性和客观性,提升医学期刊的学术质量,推动医学期刊的科学发展。 |

| The manuscript review is not only an important link to guarantee and maintain the scientific and impartiality of medical journals, but also the concentrated expression process of conflict of interest. Through the analysis of some factors that influence stakeholders’ (the authors, journal editors and peers) judgment and behavior during the process of manuscript review, this article puts forward suggestions and measures for controlling and weakening the conflicts of interest, to ensure the objectivity and impartiality in manuscript review, improve academic quality, and promote the scientific development of medical journals |
