| The field of library has undergone tremendous transforms in the word in this century，resulting in the change of "Readers Library" into "Society's Library". Society's Library is to realize the social possossion，enjoyment and development of library resources with the utilization of automation and the condition of the mioderm information society. Society's Library=Library's Socialization + Automation + Network + Intergration+Interrgation Cooperation. The library world，moving towards the 21st century will certainly achieve greater perfection and vitality.
