摘    要:新中国成立以来,人民教育出版社编写了十余套小学语文教材。在处理“立德”与“立言”的关系上,遵循了合目的性与规律性统一的原则。合目的性方面体现在尊重民族文化的传统和教材编写的历史经验;规律性方面着力探索统整国家意志、社会需求、师生主体需要且体现不同时代“以德统言”“以言寓德”“德言分离”“德言同构”的价值取向。

Abstract:since the founding of new China, people’s education press has compiled more than 10 sets of primary school Chinese textbooks. In dealing with the relationship between “morality” and “words”, the principle of unity of purpose and regularity is followed. In the aspect of purposiveness, we should respect the tradition of national culture and the historical experience of compiling teaching materials; in the aspect of regularity, we should try our best to explore a series of editions of teaching materials that integrate the will of the country, the needs of the society, the needs of teachers and students, and reflect the value orientation of “uniting morality with morality”“uniting morality with fable”“separating morality with fable”and“uniting morality with fable”in different times
