采用反相乳液聚合技术制备高分子量的非离子型聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)乳液。单因素实验结果表明,最佳的工艺条件为:单体浓度4.92mol/L,引发剂浓度0.30%,乳化剂浓度6.94%,油水体积比1.2:1.0(环己烷做分散相),搅拌速率300r/min,反应温度45℃。采用过硫酸钾-脲作为氧化还原引发体系可以获得较理想的PAM乳液,Span60和Tween80混合物是聚丙烯酰胺乳液制备的最佳乳化剂。 相似文献

采用核壳聚合法制备了以聚丙烯酸丁酯为核,以聚苯乙烯和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壳的软核硬壳型乳液,考察了不同的软硬单体配比、乳化剂浓度、引发剂浓度、反应温度等因素对乳液性能的影响,并探究了交联剂对乳液性能影响。通过单因素分析,确定各因素最佳组成,软硬单体比例为BA／St／MMA=15：6：4,甲基丙烯酸占单体总质量的5％,乳化剂占单体总质量的3％,阴离子型／非离子型乳化剂的比例为1：1,引发剂占单体总质量的0．5％,交联剂N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺占单体总质量的0．6％。 相似文献

以二甲基硅油（500mm^2／s）为主要原料,选用非离子表面活性剂span-60与阳离子表面活性剂1831为复配乳化剂,采用转相乳化法,探究了乳化温度、乳化时间、乳化剂配比、硅油用量等因素对硅油乳液性能的影响．最佳工艺条件为：硅油用量为10％（相对乳液总量）,乳化剂配比为span-60：1831=0．47：0．53,乳化剂用量为5％（相对乳液总量）,乳化温度为90℃,乳化时间为60min．此条件下制得的硅油乳液外观均匀、细腻、无颗粒,具有良好的水溶性和稳定性． 相似文献

为了取得合成羽绒洗涤剂的最佳方法,通过单纯形优化试验,分别寻找到由阴离子型和非离子型表面活性剂合成洗涤剂时最有经济比较优势的二个配比:非离子型CTX-4=32;CTX-59;CTX-6=11;CTX-10=28;JC增溶剂=6;水=14.阴离子型:CLAS=21;CAES=12;CTX-10=8;CNENOL=4;JC增溶剂=6;水=49.通过阴离子型和非离子型洗涤剂的洗涤试验对比发现,常温时非离子型洗涤剂在经济性和强度上有明显的优点;温度接近水的冰点时,非离子型洗涤剂优势不再明显.并就不够新鲜的羽毛在洗涤时采用反自然零电位法的原理进行了介绍和探讨.对合成类似洗涤剂有一定的借鉴作用. 相似文献

以苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯为混合单体,十二烷基硫酸钠和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚为复合乳化剂,过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原引发体系,进行乳液聚合制备苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯水性共聚乳液.用粒度测定、红外光谱和热分析等仪器对聚合乳液进行了表征.结果表明引入氧化还原体系合成苯丙乳液能在较低温度下引发进行,乳液聚合产物的性能较好. 相似文献

用漆酚基乳化剂（UE）将漆酚甲醛缩聚物（UFP）乳化为水包油（O／W）型的稳定水基分散体系．研究了乳化温度、UE用量及UE结构对相反转乳化过程的的影响,并用乳液体系电导率变化和黏度变化表征了相反转乳化过程．实验结果表明,以漆酚基乳化剂UEl0B为乳化剂,利用相反转技术可得到稳定的漆酚甲醛缩聚物水性乳液．当UE10B与UFP的质量比r≥10％,乳化温度为40℃时,可将漆酚甲醛缩聚物乳化为稳定的水基化分散体系．所制得漆酚甲醛缩聚物乳液粒子为多孔结构的5～20μm微球,孔的尺寸小于1μm． 相似文献

制备了以非离子型的乳化剂壬基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP)为表面活性剂,异戊醇为助表面活性剂,正己烷为油性溶剂的W/O型微乳液,并对其迁移金属离子Zn2+、Fe3+、Cr(Ⅵ)的行为进行了研究。确定了制乳及迁移的适宜条件,在制乳油相中,OP∶异戊醇∶正己烷=2.5∶4.0∶2.0(体积比),水相和料相盐度CNa Cl=0.1 mol/L,金属离子浓度10μg/ml,p H 5.0为宜。在酸性(p H 5.0)条件下,微乳液对Zn2+的迁移率远高于对Fe3+的迁移率;在中性及弱碱性(p H 7.0~8.0)条件下,微乳液对Zn2+和Fe3+均具有较高的迁移率,但Cr(Ⅵ)迁移率较低,可根据其迁移率不同实现Zn2+、Fe3+、Cr(Ⅵ)的分离。 相似文献

实验比较了不同乳化剂复配体系加溶水量大小,并研究了在相同乳化剂复配时不同加入量对柴油微乳液粘度的影响。结果表明,离子表面活性剂在总表面活性剂中含量较高时加溶水量较高,三组分乳化剂复配较两组分复配加溶水量高;无论是用何类型的乳化剂组合的两组分或三组分复配乳化剂,随着乳化剂含量的增加,微乳液粘度均增加,但三组分乳化剂复配制备出的柴油微乳液粘度增加趋势较两组分平缓。 相似文献

以壳聚糖溶液为分散相，戊二醛为交联剂，真空泵油和石蜡油相混合为连续相，通过油包水乳液分散-化学交联法制备医药载体壳聚糖微球．研究了乳化剂的种类和浓度对壳聚糖微球性状和形态的影响．实验结果表明，乳化剂的种类和浓度对微球的形成影响很大．在Span-80和硬脂酸镁以质量比3：1相复合为乳化剂及总乳化剂浓度在10～20g／L的条件下，所获得的微球球形规整，分散性好，粒径分布在1～5μm之间． 相似文献
