采用单因素试验考察了分子蒸馏法中蒸馏温度、蒸馏压强、进料速率和刮板转速对脱除茶油中游离脂肪酸的影响,然后采用正交试验优化了脱除游离脂肪酸的工艺参数.在冷凝温度40℃,预热温度75℃条件下,研究确定了最佳工艺条件为:蒸馏温度250℃,蒸馏压强40 Pa,进料速率12 mL·min(-1),刮板转速300 r·min(-1),刮板转速300 r·min(-1).在此最佳工艺条件下,脱酸后茶油酸值(KOH)为0.12 mg·g(-1).在此最佳工艺条件下,脱酸后茶油酸值(KOH)为0.12 mg·g(-1),脱酸率达95.14%.分子蒸馏脱酸后茶油达到国家压榨成品油茶籽油一级质量标准. 相似文献

研究了餐饮废油在甲醇钠的催化作用下制取生物柴油的工艺条件,实验表明其酯交换过程的最佳工艺条件是醇油物质的量比为7∶1、反应时间为1.5 h、催化剂质量为废油的1.5%及反应温度为60℃。通过对生成的生物柴油作理化性质检测,结果表明,其质量指标完全符合柴油优级品的标准。 相似文献
