通过对石墨电极高温防氧化失重实验,对石墨电极高温防氧化机理进行了初步研究。采取向电极表面直接喷淋防氧化溶液的方法,迅速降低石墨电极表面温度,并在电极表面生成连续、均匀的防氧化膜,显著提高石墨电极高温抗氧化能力,达到降低石墨电极消耗的目的。 相似文献

固体氧化物燃料电池是一种新型、高效的能源转换装置,其具有高的发电效率、可不使用贵金属作催化剂等优点.论文采用活性炭的酸化,添加辅助催化剂,变换新型载体,改变催化剂的活性,从而制备C-催化剂.实验通过红外光谱、荧光、循环伏安法等表征手段,对催化剂的电化学性质、结构、形貌以及对乙醇电催化氧化性能进行研究.实验结果表明:无水乙醇在C/SiO_2/石墨电极上的氧化峰电流远远大于在C/石墨电极和SiO_2/石墨电极上的对应的氧化峰电流,表明该催化剂对无水乙醇的电催化活性较好. 相似文献

利用琼脂糖（agarose）将过氧化氢酶（Cat）固定在热裂解石墨电极表面,制备Cat—agarose膜修饰电极．包埋在琼脂糖中妁过氧化氢酶与电极直接传递电子,在pH6．0的缓冲溶液中可得一对可逆的氧化还原峰,式电势为-0．343V（vs SCE）,这是过氧化氢酶辅基血红素Fe（Ⅲ）／Fe（Ⅱ）电对的氧化还原．其式电势随溶液的pH值增加而负移且成线性关系,直线斜率为-36．8mV／pH,说明过氧化氢酶的电子传递过程伴随有质子的转移．过氧化氢酶修饰电极．在16．5—278μmol／L的范围内,催化电流与过氧化氢浓度成线性关系． 相似文献

通过热重分析实验,研究了在高温空气气氛中覆盖在Al-Zn—Si合金表面的MgO引发剂对铝合金直接氧化生长过程的作用。结果表明：MgO能显著缩短Al-Zn—Si合金熔体直接氧化所需的孕育期及Al2O3／Al复合材料的生长时间。同时发现MgO有助于Al2O3／Al复合材料以光滑的方式进行氧化生长,形成细化胞状晶团,提高组织结构的均匀度和材料的致密度。促进Al2O3／Al复合材料生长的MgO覆盖最佳量为12mg／cm^2。 相似文献
