学生评教是指学校组织学生对教师的教学行为及其态度、水平和效果等方面进行评价的活动。目前，学生评教在我国各学校如火如荼地开展起来，已经成为许多学校的一项常规性制度。学校的管理层把学生评教视为教育民主化的具体体现，认为学生评教有利于增强学生的主体意识和责任意识，体现了以学生为本。在学者的研究中，持类似观点的也不在少数，但在实践中却出现了偏移，体现的却恰恰不是“以学生为本”，而是一种管理为本。 相似文献
