通过对国家教育行政学院“地市及县市教育局长培训班”246位来自全国地市、县市教育局长的问卷调查数据的分析,可以看出,多数教育局长对本地区可接触的中小学生思想道德发展的整体状况持比较肯定的态度,对德育的针对性和实效性也持基本肯定的态度。但也有很多局长对当前的德育工作、中小学学生的思想道德状况评价不高,一些局长对德育本身重要性的认识还有待提高。因此,要重视区域特征,进一步突出未成年人思想道德教育工作的针对性和实效性。 相似文献

为系统了解中小学学校布局调整现状与存在问题,以及中小学布局调整对义务教育均衡发展带来的影响,笔者对来国家教育行政学院参加第24期全国县市教育局长培训班的192名全国各地的县市区教育局长进行了问卷调查,此次调查共回收问卷180份,问卷回收率为93.75％.其中有效问卷161份,问卷有效率为83.85％.调查对象的区域分布、教育发展水平与经济发展水平分布都比较均衡. 相似文献

大学生对高校德育状况的满意程度是评价高校德育工作的成效的重要标准。调查表明,大学生对高校德育工作的满意度较高,高校德育的总体状况良好,但同时也存在德育形式枯燥、内容不吸引学生等不容忽视的问题。产生这些问题的主要原因是教育观念上的重智轻德,德育目标过于理想化,缺乏层次性,思想政治理论课针对性不强,队伍建设重视不够,德育评价机制不完善。 相似文献

教育局长是我国区域教育行政管理的基本领导群体,其领导行为直接影响着区域教育发展的内涵与进程。按照权变领导理论框架,教育局长的领导力与教育局长的工作情境直接相关。由于教育局长的工作情境具体由教育局、政府和学校系统三个开放的工作系统构成,因此,教育局长的领导力呈现出三维结构,即行政领导力、政治领导力和教育领导力。相应地,教育局长要提升领导力,应该从三个维度入手:领导领导者,有效提升教育局长的政治领导力;认识教育组织特征,有效提升教育局长的教育领导力;发展组织文化,提升教育局长领导的有效性。 相似文献

In line with the work functions and policies for educational administrative departments, summed up in ten characters, namely, "planning, guidance, coordination, supervision, and service" (guihua, zhidao, xietiao, jiandu, fuwu), we organized a four-member work team, and during two seventeen-day stretches in November 1994 conducted conscientious surveys of basic educational work in 120 counties and cities in Sajia, Lazi, and Rikeze, and visited a total of seven middle schools, forty-five township complete primary schools, and seventy-one village primary schools to conduct on-the-spot investigations and give face-to-face guidance. We exchanged opinions in a fairly overall manner and on specific issues with twelve Party secretaries and county chiefs in seven counties, fifteen Party secretaries and chiefs of twelve townships, and twenty-two bureau directors and deputy directors in twelve counties and cities, and we have reached common understandings with them on many issues. 相似文献

义务教育师资均衡配置是义务教育均衡发展的关键。本文在对近百位县市教育局长问卷调查、访谈和座谈的基础上,指出:县域义务教育师资均衡配置执行效果一般;县域师资配置不均衡;存在增量流动、城乡交流和组织内部流动三种师资均衡配置模式。义务教育师资均衡配置政策执行受到教育行政部门人事管理权限有限、政策工具使用单一和非正式制度规约等方面阻碍,建议从目标、运行和保障三个方面建立系统化的义务教育师资均衡配置的政策体系。 相似文献

The establishment in 1910 of the Bureau of Jewish Education in New York was a turning point in the growth and development of Jewish education in North America. That bureau, arguably the most lasting legacy of the failed New York Kehillah, gave concrete expression to the idea that education was the responsibility of the entire community, an activity too important to be left to the efforts of partisan groups of limited reach and capability. The example of the New York agency spurred the founding of similar offices in cities throughout the United States and Canada. We are able today to record eight decades of educational programs guided by the assumption that a bureau or its equivalent is the preferred instrument of communal educational activity. 相似文献

Despite rapid growth in the field of educational interpreting little is known about the formal training of educational interpreters. This gap in the research is the focus of this study. A questionnaire was sent to the directors of 50 interpreter training programs nationwide asking for information about their course work in educational interpreting and related areas; instruction in signed English systems; and the directors' opinions on certain ethical and professional questions facing the educational interpreter. The results suggest that graduates of interpreter training programs who obtain employment as public school interpreters are not adequately prepared. Training programs provide few courses on the education of deaf children, on the language systems used, and on issues specific to classroom interpreting. The directors of these programs overwhelmingly support the development of guidelines on the educational interpreter's role. They show some support for the "interpreter as tutor" role but are equivocal about the development of a special certification for educational interpreters. 相似文献

The purpose of this article is to increase our knowledge about the role that directors of education play as leaders of educational activities. For its analytical framework, the study uses the qualitative research approach known as phenomenography and examines the study's findings against the rationalist perspective, against systems theory and against tight and loosely-coupled systems. On the issue of accountability, the study shows that while the directors were perceived to be accountable for mismanagement of finances, being accountable for student results was not something that worried the directors participating in this study. 相似文献
