目的评价纤维桩在牙体缺损修复中的临床效果。方法对需行桩核冠修复的牙体缺损病例,在完善根管治疗的基础上,采用纤维桩固位,制作树脂核后全瓷冠修复,随访2年。结果 48例患者78颗患牙中,成功75颗,失败3颗,成功率96.2%。结论牙体缺损桩核冠修复中应用纤维桩,生物相容性好,不易发生根折,操作简便,美学性能优越。 相似文献

目的分析金属烤瓷桥在前牙列缺损修复过程中失败的原因,探索改善金属烤瓷桥在前牙列缺损修复中的修复效果,努力提高修复的成功率和病人的满意度。方法：通过对968例1228件前牙金属烤瓷桥修复体3￣5年的临床观察,就其中56件修复失败的原因进行分析探讨,并根据失败原因提出改进措施。结果：56件前牙金属烤瓷桥修复失败的原因分别是：崩瓷24件,牙龈炎12件,基牙牙髓炎10件,牙龈变色及色泽不协调6件,瓷脱4件。结论：严格掌握适应症和正确的牙体预备与设计,以及合理的比色环境和方法都是金属烤瓷桥修复成功的关键所在。 相似文献

目的在烤瓷熔附金属冠桥修复的不同时期应用排龈技术,观察烤瓷修复的效果及对牙龈组织的损伤情况。方法运用排龈线分别在牙体预备前、取印模前、粘接时排龈后,按常规制作烤瓷冠并试戴粘固。结果在65病例中分别在牙体预备前、取印模前、粘接时排龈,经1年以上随访观察,烤瓷修复体的颈缘形态良好,边缘密合,无一例出现牙龈炎症、出血或牙龈萎缩。结论排龈线的临床应用,为减少龈下牙体预备时对龈的创伤及出血提供了条件,为获取精确牙体预备,清晰的软硬组织界限,为保障修复体的远期疗效打下基础。 相似文献

目的 :观察PiNLOCK自攻自断螺纹钉用于修复大面积牙体缺损的临床疗效。方法 :选择 4 1例 4 5颗牙体组织大面积缺损的患牙 ,于牙本质内植入PiNLOCK自攻自断螺纹钉 ,外周再做充填体或修复体 ,术后每隔 6个月复查 ,平均观察期为 3年。结果 :成功 4 3牙 ,失败 2牙 ,失访 2牙 ,成功率为 91.11%。结论 :PiNLOCK自攻自断螺纹钉用于修复牙体大面积缺损固位 ,效果良好 ,临床上需严格掌握适应症和操作规程。 相似文献

目的:观察隐形义齿的修复效果。方法:采用弹性树脂材料及相应的注塑系统和贺利氏硬质树脂牙,为200例患者镶复211件隐形义齿,并进行2年跟踪随访。结果:211件隐形义齿中有195件达到良好的修复效果,成功率92.4%。结论:隐形义齿具有美观、舒适、耐用和固位良好等特点,已成为一种良好的牙列缺损修复形式。 相似文献

为探讨使用Z350纳米树脂修复前牙切角缺损的疗效,将100例患者220颗患牙需要前牙切角缺损修复的病例随机分为2组,即实验组与对照组。实验组使用Z350纳米树脂修复前牙切角缺损;对照组使用普通复合树脂加自攻自断螺纹钉修复前牙切角缺损。分别于修复完成结束时医患满意度及术后1年复查进行,临床疗效评价。两组修复完成结束后医生和患者满意度差异无统计学意义P〉0．05;修复完成1年后复查两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义P〈0．05。使用Z350纳米树脂修复前牙切角缺损成功率高,医患满意度高,临床疗效好,值得推广。 相似文献
