主要研究了改善狗肉软包装制品的风味、色泽及提高出品率的工艺条件,同时对其杀菌方法进行了初步探讨。结果表明：于狗肉中加入食盐2％、白糖1％、亚硝酸钠70μg/g、抗坏血酸钠500μg/g、维生素pp和维生素C混合粉300μg/g、复合磷酸盐0．3％,在4℃条件下腌制30h,搅拌5min,采用121℃、25min杀菌,可获得良好的效果。 相似文献

探讨了不同杀菌条件对蓝莓原汁微生物指标、营养成分及抗氧化性能的影响.结果表明:80℃杀菌4~16 min、105℃杀菌0.5~2 min,可有效杀灭微生物.杀菌后总酸度变化不显著,可溶性固形物、总糖、维生素C、花青素、总酚、总黄酮含量和SOD活力显著下降,DPPH自由基清除能力、·OH自由基清除能力显著下降.在保证杀菌充分的前提下,综合考虑杀菌条件对营养成分及抗氧化活性的影响,可知80℃杀菌8 min、105℃杀菌1 min适宜作为蓝莓原汁加工的杀菌条件. 相似文献

通过摇瓶培养条件试验确定了强聚硒酵母最适发酵条件:麦芽汁%,初始硒浓度20μg/mL,在其发酵进入到对数生长期后再添加亚硒酸钠使硒浓度达到60μg/mL,接种量为10%,在28℃、200 r/min的摇床上培养29 h.在此条件下,强聚硒酵母生物量(干重)达到8.25 g/L,酵母细胞中硒含量达到1230.21μg/g. 相似文献

采用紫外分光光度法测定了赣南脐橙中的维生素C含量,探讨了波长、静置时间等相干实验条件.结果表明,最大吸收波长243 nm,宜静置时间40 min,最佳pH=10,得到的回归方程ΔA=0.05496C+0.00651,相关系数r=0.9999,维生素C浓度在1.00—12.0μg/mL范围内与紫外吸收值呈良好的线性关系,利用此方法测定样品中维生素C含量最低检出限0.014μg/mL,回收率98.4%—101.0%之间,相对标准偏差RSD<5%. 相似文献

采用600 MPa超高压加工技术对重量比1:2和1:3蜜柚甘蔗汁杀菌,通过感官评定、菌落检测、酶活性测定、冷藏期间品质的变化等确定最佳保压温度和保压时间.结果表明：1:3蜜柚甘蔗汁的感官喜好度优于1:2蜜柚甘蔗汁;但是1:2果汁维生素C及抗氧化力显著高于1:3果汁;超高压条件600 MPa/0℃/20 min杀菌效果良好,果汁平均菌落总数为47.08 CFU/mL,感官质量最好;多酚氧化酶残余活性为57.33%～62.48%,过氧化物酶残余活性为72.91%～76.88%;4℃冷藏60 d期间可溶性糖、黄酮、感官品质保持稳定;维生素C及抗氧化力在冷藏期缓慢下降. 相似文献

通过静态吸附和动态吸附与解吸附试验研究L-脯氨酸在732阳离子交换树脂的最佳吸附条件和影响因素,为L-脯氨酸在732阳离子交换树脂吸附分离提供科学的实验依据.结果表明,静态吸附最佳条件:25℃时,在L-脯氨酸溶液浓度为50μg/mL、体积为150mL、pH为6的条件下,静态吸附平衡时间为15min,吸附率为83.61%,无机盐的存在导致吸附率迅速下降.动态吸附与解吸附的最佳条件:25℃时,在L-脯氨酸上样液浓度25μg/mL、体积20mL、流速1mL/min、pH为6的条件下,吸附率为82.83%;氨水洗脱浓度1.5mol/L、体积50mL、流速3mL/min、pH为6的条件下,解吸率为92.22%.732阳离子交换树脂对L-脯氨酸具有良好的吸附性能. 相似文献

目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定小儿四维葡钙颗粒中维生素B1、维生素B2含量的方法.方法:色谱柱为ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18柱(51μm,250mm×4.6mm).流动相为0.005mol/L庚烷磺酸钠溶液(含0.5%冰醋酸和0.05%三乙胺)-甲醇(72:28),柱温30℃,流速为1ml/min,检测波长为260nm,进样量20μl.结果:维生素B1、维生素B2检测浓度的线性范围分别为7.13～22.96p.8·mL-1(r=0.9991)、8.12～32.31μg·mL-1(r=0.9993);平均回收率分别为101.1%(RSD=0.7%)、101.4%(RSD=0.6%).结论:本方法简便准确、灵敏度高、结果可靠,可用于小儿四维葡钙颗粒中维生素B1、维生素B2的含量测定. 相似文献

以葛根（radix puerariae）生产葛粉后的葛渣为材料,采用乙醇回流法通过正交实验对异黄酮提取条件进行优化,同时对葛根异黄酮对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌作用进行研究.结果表明：以乙醇作为提取溶剂,最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度95％,提取温度70℃,料液比1∶15,提取时间120 min,葛根异黄酮的得率为1.59％;葛根异黄酮对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的生长都具有抑制作用,最低抑菌浓度分别为125 μg/mL、62.5 μg/mL、250μg/mL,最低杀菌浓度分别为250 μg/mL、125 μg/mL、500 μg/mL. 相似文献
