在亚硫酸钠存在下,高锰酸钾与奎宁、奎尼丁等能够发生化学发光反应,产生很强的化学发光,由此建立了测定奎宁、奎尼丁的化学发光分析法．方法的检出限分别为 3．2×10－7g/mL奎宁、2．1×10－7g/mL奎尼丁,相对标准偏差分别为1．6％（8．0×10－6g/mL 奎宁,n＝11）,2．1％（8．0×10－6g/ml。奎尼丁,n＝11）,线性范围分别为1．0 × 10－6～6,0 × 10－4g／mL奎宁,1．0 × 10－6～6．0 × 10－4 g/mL奎尼丁．该法可用于复方奎宁注射液中奎宁含量的测定． 相似文献

在碱性介质中,当把鲁米诺和KMnO4的混合溶液注入到盐酸利多卡因溶液中时,会产生很强的化学发光现象．由此结合流动注射技术,建立了测定盐酸利多卡因的流动注射化学发光新方法．在优化的实验条件下,测定盐酸利多卡因的线形范围为1．0×10^-7～1．0×10^-5g／mL,检出限（3or）为4×10^-8g／mL,对1．0 ×10^-6g／mL的盐酸利多卡因进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为0．25％．该方法已用于盐酸利多卡因注射液中盐酸利多卡因的测定． 相似文献

在碱性介质中,水胺硫磷对鲁米诺-H2O2体系的化学发光有增敏作用,据此建立了测定水胺硫磷的流动注射化学发光（FIA-CL）法.最佳条件为：70 r·min-1副泵转速;pH 10.4 NaH2PO4-NaOH缓冲溶液;9.0 × 10-3 mol·L-1 H2O2;7.5×10-6 mol·L-1鲁米诺.水胺硫磷浓度在2.5 ×10-7～1.0×10-5 g·mL-1范围内与体系化学发光增强值呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-8 g· mL-1.加标测定大米样品中残留的水胺硫磷,回收率为94.5～98.0％,相对标准偏差RSD为1.9％～3.2％. 相似文献

报道了一种自行设计和研制的新型流动注射电化学发光（EcL）池,并对该流动注射电化学发光池的结构和性能进行了优化,在发光试剂鲁米诺浓度5×10^-10mol／L-5×10^-8mol／L范围内,检测池ECL强度随浓度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0．9998,检测下限可达10^-10mol／L．该器件可用于H2O2的流动注射检测,测定线性范围为1×10^-4至5×10^-3mol／L,相关系数为0．9993,检测下限为5×10^-5mol／L．考察该器件在评估葡萄（美国进口红提）籽核和肉质的抗氧化性能方面的应用,经换算得出它们的抗氧化性能;红提籽为121mg H2O2／g,红提肉为5．1mg H2O2／g．即红提籽的抗氧化能力明显强于红提肉．在实际样品测定中,该流动注射电化学发光池具有较好的重现性,它结合了电化学发光的高灵敏度和流动注射的实用性,操作方便． 相似文献
