目的:掌握祥云县HIV/AIDS流行趋势,为制订防控措施提供依据。方法:利用描述流行病学方法分析祥云县2004年至2011年报告的祥云籍HIV/AIDS疫情资料。结果:2004年至2011年祥云县共报告祥云籍HIV/AIDS389例,年平均报告率10.6。1/10万,死亡58例;其发病率的分布特征为:2004年至2007年呈快速增长趋势,2008年至2010年趋于平缓;县城高于坝区,坝区高于山区;男性(14.62/10万,年均)大于女性(6.89/10万,年均),两者差异有统计学意义(X%36.82,P〈0.05),在男性和女性中的比例为2.27:1;以20~40~为主,占79.69%;以农民(293例)为主,占82-4%;以初中以下学历为主,占97.13%;以非婚性接触和静脉吸毒为主,分别占病例总数的45.76%、38.56%。结论:祥云县艾滋病疫情经过实施全球基金艾滋病控制项目后,疫情已得到初步遏制。由于HIV/AIDS疫情的复杂性,感染途径的多样性,必须加强对艾滋病防治知识宣传,提高全民预防艾滋病的意识;重点应对农民、待业青年开展宣传和教育,加强对流动人口的管理;进一步完善咨询检测网络,提高艾滋病的发现,以有效控制艾滋病的蔓延。  相似文献

1935年1月,十教授发表《中国本位的化建设宣言》,引起本位化派和西化派的激烈论战。论战主要围绕对中国实情的分析、对中西化的认识以及对中国化出路的选择等问题展开;与此同时,在西化派内部围绕全盘西化问题也有激烈争论。与五四前后的东西化论战比较,30年代的这场化论战对化的民族性与时代性、中国化与西方化以及西化与现代化等问题的认识有了进步。  相似文献

We examine 81 rhetoric and technical communication studies of “scientific controversy.” Our praxiographic analysis reveals that “scientific controversy” is not one thing but three, each staged according to a radically different ontology; yet the literature continues to handle these ontologies the same and to privilege scientists’ demarcation claims in their analysis. We conclude the modifier scientific should be abandoned entirely in controversy studies and recommend an antilogical rather than dialectical approach to controversy.  相似文献

Forty-five undergraduates discussed a moral issue with a confederate who had the same opinion (no controversy) or opposite opinion (controversy). Subjects in the controversy conditions discussed within either a cooperative or a competitive context. Subjects in the controversy conditions indicated more conceptual conflict or uncertainty, engaged in more information seeking behavior, and were more accurate in taking the cognitive perspective of the confederate than were subjects in the no-controversy condition. These results support Piaget's and Kohlberg's views of the role of controversy in perspective-taking and cognitive development and Berlyne's theory of conceptual conflict and epistemic curiosity. Subjects in the competitive-context conditions experienced more uncertainty, engaged in more information-seeking behavior, and were more accurate in cognitive perspective-taking than were subjects in the cooperative-context condition. Subjects in the competitive-context condition also experienced more cognitive dissonance, derogated the confederate and the confederate's position and arguments to a greater extent, and indicated greater closed-mindedness in responding to the confederate and the confederate's arguments than did subjects in the cooperative-context or the no-controversy conditions.  相似文献

堕胎问题是当代美国最为敏感的话题,关于此问题的分歧造成了社会的极端分裂。堕胎争论的激化,日渐渗入到美国社会生活的各方面,特别是政治生活。国会政治是堕胎争论所影响的美国政治生活的焦点和中心。本文通过对1973年以后国会中与堕胎问题相关政治斗争的回顾与分析,得出结论:在美国政治活动中,国会相关政策的制定和政治斗争被堕胎争论所主导和影响,堕胎问题也成为国会政治斗争的工具。堕胎争论使得与其相关的国会政治斗争变得对立、广泛而多变。国会也因为自身的结构组成使以堕胎争论为中心的政治活动愈渐复杂,而美国政体中的其他部门和社会团体也与国会的这场政治斗争相互影响。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

What are the current challenges and opportunities for bringing actor-network theory (ANT) into issues-based science education? This article discusses experiences gained from introducing an educational version of ANT deploying digital technology into an upper secondary school science class. This teaching innovation, called controversy mapping, has been pioneered in different contexts of higher education before being adapted to school education. Experimenting with controversy mapping in a Swedish science class raised both conceptual and practical issues. These centre on: (1) how ANT-inspired controversy mapping redesigns the citizenship training enacted by institutionalized approaches to issues-based education as socioscientific issues (SSI); (2) how controversy mapping reconfigures the interdisciplinarity of issues-based science education; and (3) how controversy mapping displaces scientific literacy and knowledge of the nature of science as guiding concerns for teaching in favour of new preoccupations with digital literacy and digital tools and methods as contemporary infrastructures of free and open inquiry.  相似文献

This article will make some preliminary remarksabout how physicists managed the scientific, philosophical, and even political aspects,of the controversy in order to establish a modus operandi for their work. 20世纪是中国译学蓬勃发展的时期,因为这个时期的关于翻译的争论异常激烈:有长达八年之久的鲁迅与梁实秋的论战,也有鲁迅与瞿秋白的书信争论等等.这些论战中,首当其冲的是鲁迅和梁实秋之间展开的长达八年之久的关于文学与翻译的激烈论战,震撼了当时的文学界.这场争论涉及到了诸多方面的问题,如文学的阶级性、文学批评的态度、翻译的标准等等.另外这场论战的复杂性还表现在它一开始就掺进了敏感的政治因素,使得双方的态度变得严厉甚至敌对起来.可见,这次八年争论已不是单纯的翻译讨论了,而是带有浓烈的政治思想斗争色彩.与之相比,鲁迅与瞿秋白的翻译争论可以说是只涉及了纯学术问题.  相似文献

A controversy rages over the question of how should controversial topics be taught. Recent work has advanced the “epistemic criterion” as the resolution to this controversy. According to the epistemic criterion, a matter should be taught as controversial when contrary views can be entertained on the matter without the views being contrary to reason. When an issue is noncontroversial, according to the epistemic criterion, the correct position can be taught “directively,” with the teacher endorsing that position. When there is a legitimate controversy, the view should be taught “nondirectively,” with the teacher remaining neutral. In response, Bryan Warnick and Spencer Smith argue that the proponents of the epistemic criterion fail to recognize the multidimensional nature of what it means to learn to be rational. Recognizing this complexity undermines the link between the epistemic status of the controversy and directiveness of one's teaching, suggesting more flexibility in how teachers approach controversial issues. It also implies the need for a new category of teaching, which Warnick and Smith call “soft‐directive” teaching.  相似文献
