In 2010,the first offshore wind turbine with integrated installation was established in Qidong sea area of Jiangsu Province,China,which led to the implementation phase of one-step-installation technique based on the design and construction of large-scale bucket-top-bearing (LSBTB) bucket foundation.The critical technique of LSBTB bucket foundation included self-floating towing,penetration with adjustment of horizontal levelness,removability and one-step-installation.The process of one-step-installation included the prefabrication of LSBTB bucket foundation in onshore construction base,installation and debugging of wind power,overall water transportation of foundation and wind power system,and installation of foundation and offshore wind turbine on the appointed sea area.The cost of one-step-installation technique was about 5 000 Yuan/kW,which was 30%-50% lower than that of the existing technique.The prefabrication of LSBTB bucket foundation took about two months.During the one-step-installation process,the installation and debugging of wind power and overall water transportation need about one to two days in sea area within 35 m depth.After the proposed technique is industrialized,the cost will be further reduced,and the installation capacity is expected to be up to 500 wind turbines per year. 相似文献

The aims of this study were to analyse recreational sea kayaking and touring incidents in Norway with a specific focus on wind conditions and to elaborate on practical implications for the prevention of future incidents. We included 49 incidents reported by the media between 2000 and 2014. Incidents occurred in various wind conditions, but most incidents (60%) occurred in moderate to strong breezes (9–14 m/s). Wind strength and direction were generally forecast accurately and conditions were mainly stable throughout the day of the incident. Thus, sea kayaking and touring incidents in Norway seem to happen in various wind conditions; however, paddlers should have been well informed and aware of the hazards they were facing. Future incidents could be prevented by increasing sea kayakers’ situation awareness through discussion of experts’ decision-making processes and the arrangement of situated learning experiences in realistic settings. 相似文献

El Nino是从南美西海岸延伸至赤道东太平洋向西至日界线大范围的海面温度异常增暖现象.Southern Oscillation是太平洋东西两侧海平面气压的反相关关系.El Nino/Southern Oscillation合称为ENSO.信风强弱关系到赤道西太平洋暖池的维持与El Nino的爆发,而人类活动所引起的地球变暖将是今后气候变化总的趋势,气候变暖将使全球海面上升,地球的自转半径增加,从角动量守恒的角度考虑,地球自转的速度将减慢,赤道两侧的信风相对于海面的速度也相应减小,维持赤道西太平洋暖池及海面东低西高形势的支柱被破坏.因此,我们将面临更频繁的El Nino和更多的极端天气. 相似文献

The siltation induced by wind waves in an entrance channel is one of the prime factors influencing the operation efficiency of a port.It is necessary to predict the siltation accurately for dredging and ship operation passing through the entrance of the port.However,it is difficult to apply the traditional method to predicting entrance siltation because of its complex computational procedure and lacking the data of ocean dynamic elements in the specified sea area.From the view of energy conservation,a direct relationship between wind conditions and sediment deposition can be founded.On the basis of the above methodology,an empirical formula expressed by wind conditions for forecasting the siltation in the entrance channel is set up.The wind conditions are easily obtained from the local meteorological stations or weather maps,so the formula established in this paper is more convenient and practical than the traditional method.A case study is provided,in which the emopirical formula is calibrated and verified utilizing the measured wind and siltation conditions in the entrance channel of the port.Comparisons between computed values and measured data show satisfactory agreement. 相似文献
