在药品真空冷冻干燥过程中,为保证药品质量并尽量缩短干燥时间,需准确测量冻干药品温度,并对干燥结束点进行有效判断。开发冻干过程非接触式测量软件具有十分重要的意义。利用动态参数估值法（DPE）建立冻干过程中西林瓶内药品冻结层的一维非稳态传热模型,利用该模型实现对药品冻干过程参数的非接触测量。对DPE数学模型和求解方法进行分析;采用MATLAB编程,基于DPE数学模型,开发药品冻干过程测温软件,通过该软件配合压力升测试计算出冻干过程中药品温度、冻结层厚度等参数,实现对干燥过程状态参数的非接触式测量,并通过实验验证该软件可靠性。 相似文献
